Savanah Easter, CPM, LDEM
Savanah is a NARM-certified and Utah-licensed midwife dedicated to empowering families as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Her journey into midwifery began with a deep love for babies and a fascination with the power of the female body. She spent her teenage years learning about women’s health, cycles, pregnancy, and birth; hoping to use that knowledge in the future when she was ready for a family of her own. After witnessing her nephew's home birth in 2020, she discovered a desire to support others as they became parents. This led her to pursue certifications as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator, Sleep Consultant, and Midwife Assistant. These experiences provided a strong foundation for her midwifery training, which was completed through a three-year apprenticeship with a senior midwife and accompanying academic study.
Over the past five years, Savanah has had the privilege of supporting over 150 families, providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She believes that pregnancy and birth are powerful, physiological processes, and that a midwife's role is to witness, not control, honoring the body's innate wisdom and the natural progression of labor. Intervention is reserved for situations where it is truly necessary.
Outside of her midwifery practice, Savanah enjoys an active life with her British husband of six years. They share a love for bouldering, hiking, traveling, and singing in their church choir. Savanah also enjoys yoga, jump roping, reading, handstands, and is currently learning ASL. If you are seeking compassionate personalized support through the childbearing year, Savanah would be honored to connect with you.
